The Eleaf iCare 2 All-In-One Kit builds upon the original iCare and adds many improvements while following the same ideas of an ultra portable and compact device. The iCare 2 now features a simple one button design that is convenient and easy to use. The iCare 2 has an increased maximum capacity of 2.0ml and has a removable tank that may be cleaned. The iCare 2 features a simple top fill design and utilizes new Eleaf IC 1.3ohm atomizer heads designed for a mouth to lung vaping experience. The Eleaf iCare 2 features a new smooth rubber finish that is both easy to grip and comfortable to hold.

Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing and handling. We do not process orders on Sunday and major U.S holidays.

Orders after our daily shipping cut-off time of 1:00PM PST may still be prepared, but might not have left our facility yet.

Please note: If we are unable to verify the address for orders over $400, the order will be cancelled without notice.

*These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach it's destination once it has been shipped.

Delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) may take a few days for your package to be updated since USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office.

Once the online tracking shows "delivered", we will not longer accept any liability for lost shipments. Shipping delays, misroutes or errors should be addressed with your local post office or USPS.

If shipping errors occur, due to an incorrect shipping address submitted, we will not reship your order until it is returned to us by the courier and if the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

 

You may choose to return your item for a replacement or for store credit. We will cover the return shipping cost for you. Simply email us at customercare@vprocity.com and we will reply shortly to confirm your eligibility to return or exchange the item by sending you a pre-paid return label. The return label must be used within 1 week.

 

We accept 1 Week Hassle-Free returns for store credit if you change your mind on a purchase or if you wish to buy something different. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will cancel it with a full refund. If your order has shipped, you will be charged for shipping the returned item back to us.

To be eligible for the Hassle-Free Return: We must be notified before 7 days pass after the date of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. E-Liquid products are exempt from being returned.


 

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you have chosen premium shipping options. If you receive store credit, the cost of the premium shipping will be deducted from your credit amount. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and store credit will automatically be applied to your VProCity account within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective  in compliance with our 30 day warranty.
