We have a responsibility to keep our customers informed of what we do to maintain business security. We have been doing our best to serve customers in the vaping community and we will continue to be here for you now.
We are closely monitoring our packaging practices and the health of our team. We have deployed deep cleansing with appropriate health and safety standards based on government and CDC recommendations.
We have made the following changes of our shipping process:
Our normal 24 processing hours may take up to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that some orders will still be processed normally within 24 hours, but it cannot be guaranteed.
A tracking email will be sent once the package is ready for shipment. Please note, we noticed that USPS currently has delays in the scanning and processing of certain shipments, which may delay your order. Therefore, we recommend that you wait patiently for up to 5 business days for tracking to update. You can contact your local USPS or delivery person for the latest information on regular mail services.
